1. Who operates the site

PartyGames is available at partygames.gift. Privacy questions and data requests can be sent to support@partygames.gift.

2. Information we do not require

PartyGames does not require an account, login, real name, phone number, or payment details to play. We receive your email address and the contents of your message only if you contact us directly.

3. Game data stored on your device

Some games store settings, player or team names, scores, and current progress in your browser's local storage. This information stays on that device and is not sent to PartyGames servers.

You can remove locally stored game data by restarting a game or clearing site data in your browser settings.

4. Google Analytics

With your permission, PartyGames uses Google Analytics 4 to understand visits, page popularity, approximate region, device and browser type, referral source, and general interactions. We use these aggregated reports to improve the games and the site.

Google Analytics is controlled through Google Consent Mode. Analytics storage is denied until you allow it, and you can change your choice at any time using Cookie settings in the footer.

5. Cookies and consent preferences

Essential browser storage remembers your language, consent choice, game settings, and saved progress. Analytics cookies are optional. Refusing analytics does not prevent you from using any game or tool.

6. Advertising

PartyGames may use Google AdSense and other approved advertising partners. Third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies to show ads based on previous visits to this or other websites. Advertising cookies and personalized ads will be controlled through the applicable consent tools.

Visitors can manage personalized advertising in Google's ad settings. Advertising will not require access to player names or locally saved game progress.

7. Retention and third parties

Locally saved game data remains on your device until you delete it. Analytics data is retained according to the settings of the PartyGames Google Analytics property. Messages sent by email are kept only as long as reasonably necessary to answer the request and maintain related records.

Google may process information on infrastructure outside your country. Its handling of that information is governed by Google's own policies and applicable safeguards.

8. Your choices and rights

You may refuse or withdraw analytics consent, clear browser data, and contact support@partygames.gift to ask about information contained in correspondence with us. Depending on your location, additional access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection rights may apply.

9. Children and policy updates

PartyGames is a general-audience service and is not designed to collect personal information from children. Parents and guardians should supervise children's internet use.

We may update this policy when the service, providers, or legal requirements change. The current version and revision date will remain available on this page.
